Have an STL file you need printed? DD-LayerLabs offers custom 3D printing services using PLA and PETG filaments — made to order, shipped directly to you.
Whether you need a one-off prototype, a replacement part, or a custom design, we’ll bring your file to life with the same quality and care we put into every DD-LayerLabs product.
How It Works:
1. Place your order and pay the $10.00 non-refundable deposit. 
2. Submit your STL file and order details using our design submission form — the link will be included in your order confirmation email. 
3. We review your file and send a custom invoice for the balance within 48 hours. 
4. Once the balance is paid production begins. 
5. Your print ships directly to you via USPS
What to Expect:
∙ All custom prints are made to order. 
∙ Final pricing is based on filament usage, print time, and complexity
∙ You will receive a balance invoice via email before production begins. 
∙ Production begins only after the balance invoice is paid in full. 
Filament Options:
∙ PLA — Rigid, lightweight, great for display items, props, and general use. 
∙ PETG — Stronger and more flexible than PLA, better for functional parts and items that need durability. Stands up to higher ambient temperatures as well. Best for products that will be exposed to the elements. 

Color Options:
We can source most standard filament colors. Include your color preference in the submission form and we’ll confirm availability when we send your balance invoice.
Infill Options:
∙ 15% — Lightweight, suitable for decorative items
∙ 20% — Standard, suitable for most general use prints
∙ 30% — Strong, suitable for functional parts
∙ 40% — Very strong, suitable for high stress applications
Important Notes:
∙ The $10.00 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. 
∙ We do not fix, repair, or modify submitted STL files — your file prints as submitted. 
∙ We reserve the right to decline any order after file review — deposit will be refunded if we decline to print. 
∙ By submitting your file you confirm you own the rights to print the design — DD-LayerLabs is not responsible for intellectual property violations. 
∙ Print appearance may vary slightly from renders due to layer lines and filament color variation inherent to FDM 3D printing. 
∙ We are not responsible for print failures caused by poor STL file quality — files must be print-ready. 
∙ Production time varies based on print complexity — estimated timeline provided with balance invoice. 
Shipping:
Shipping cost will be calculated and included in your balance invoice based on print size and weight. Ships via USPS.
