At Dweller's Dream, we take pride in the quality of every product we make. Please read our policy carefully as it varies by product type.

TDS Modules — Stock Colors (All Black)

Black modules are available for immediate shipment. All sales are final on stocked items unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Full refunds are issued only for items that arrive:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • With a manufacturing defect
  • Incorrect from what was ordered

To qualify, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

TDS Modules — Made-to-Order Colors

Non-black color combinations are printed specifically for your order. All sales are final on made-to-order items. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect color selection by the customer
  • Order delays within our stated production lead times

Full refunds are issued only for items that arrive:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • With a manufacturing defect
  • Incorrect from what was ordered

TDS Vendor Kits

Vendor Kits are stocked in black and available for immediate shipment. All sales are final unless items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Full refunds are issued only for items that arrive:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • With a manufacturing defect
  • Incorrect from what was ordered

To qualify, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

LED Signs

LED Signs are made to order. Due to the nature of 3D printing, filament colors may vary from proofs or previews provided — minor color variation is not grounds for a return or refund and is considered normal and expected.

We accept refund requests within 5 days of delivery for very noticeable print quality issues only, such as:

  • Severe layer separation or structural failure
  • Significant misprints affecting readability or function

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Minor color variation from proofs or previews
  • Filament color differences due to availability
  • Change of mind

To qualify, contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Custom 3D Print Service

Custom print orders require a non-refundable $10 deposit at the time of submission. This covers design review and production setup. Full payment is collected prior to production start.

Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
