Terms of Service — Dweller's Dream

By accessing or placing an order through shop.dwellersdream.com, you agree to the following terms. Please read them before purchasing.

1. General

This website is operated by Dweller's Dream LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and visitors. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Products & Orders

All products sold through shop.dwellersdream.com are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion.

By placing an order you confirm that:

  • The information you provided is accurate and complete
  • You are authorized to use the payment method submitted
  • You are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to purchase

We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if we are unable to fulfill it for any reason.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4. Made-to-Order & Production Times

Many of our products are made to order and 3D printed specifically for you. By placing a made-to-order purchase you acknowledge that:

  • Production times vary and are listed in our FAQ
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish are normal characteristics of 3D printed products and are not considered defects

5. Custom 3D Print Service

Orders placed through our Custom 3D Print Service are subject to the following additional terms:

  • A non-refundable $10 deposit is required at the time of submission and covers design review and production setup
  • Submitting a deposit does not guarantee production — we reserve the right to decline any custom request that is not feasible or appropriate
  • Full payment is collected prior to production start
  • Once production has begun, custom orders are non-refundable
  • By submitting files through our custom print workflow, you confirm that you own or have the right to reproduce the design submitted. Dweller's Dream is not responsible for any intellectual property infringement resulting from customer-submitted files.

6. Shipping

Shipping is included in the listed price for all standard products. We ship via USPS. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once an order has been handed off for shipment. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handoff to the carrier.

7. Refunds & Returns

All refunds and returns are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Please review it before purchasing.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including product names, logos, photos, and copy — is the property of Dweller's Dream LLC and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dweller's Dream LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our site shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
