Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Carrier & Cost
All orders ship via USPS. Shipping is included in the price of all standard products — no surprise fees at checkout.
Production & Lead Times
Because many of our products are made to order and 3D printed specifically for you, please allow time for production before your order ships.

Production times are estimates and may vary during high volume periods. Current lead times are always listed in our FAQ.
Transit Times
Once your order has been handed off to USPS, standard transit times are typically 2-5 business days depending on your location. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a USPS tracking number once your order is on its way. If you have not received a tracking number within your expected production window, feel free to reach out through our Contact page.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed off to USPS, Dweller's Dream is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues outside of our control. If your package appears lost, we recommend:
- Checking your tracking number for updates
- Contacting your local USPS facility
- Reaching out to us and we'll do our best to help
Incorrect Addresses
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. Dweller's Dream is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.
